Her career spans property management, sales administration, and business development, giving her a well-rounded understanding of real estate and strong skills in client service, organisation, and supporting high-performing teams. After a five-year break working in an executive support role within the healthcare sector, where she developed advanced skills in stakeholder management, operations, and working under pressure, Nicole is now refocused on the industry she genuinely enjoys and is committed to.

Nicole holds a Real Estate Certification and is currently studying towards a Master of Business Administration, alongside completing a Leadership Development Program through Ramsay Health Care. She has been consistently recognised for her reliability, professionalism, and high performance in fast-paced environments, with senior leaders and stakeholders regularly praising her communication and relationship-building skills. She's proud of the long-term career she's built in real estate, her successful transition into a trusted executive support role in healthcare, and her track record of driving process improvements that support teams to do their best work.

Nicole approaches every task with accountability, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and back the people around her. She values authenticity and connection, and takes pride in creating a supportive, uplifting environment for her team and clients alike.

Outside of work, Nicole prioritises her health and wellbeing through Pilates and strength training, and loves spending quality time with family and friends, especially being a mum to her son. She's energised by good company, whether that's social catch-ups, travel, or music, and has a strong interest in personal growth and lifelong learning.
