Sales Associate, Kayla Carty, provides administrative support, building and nurturing relationships with buyers, liaising with contractors and other parties, along with general assistance with all clients throughout the entirety of the campaign.

Formerly from far North Queensland, Kayla started in the real estate industry in 2022 working her way up from receptionist, head of the sales administration team, and then onto sales associate for the principal. Her previous background in retail sales management held her in good stead for the transition, and she is an absolute natural!

Now a proud Sunshine Coast resident and a valued member of the TOWN team, Kayla is accelerating her success, working with the best of the best, where she is truly excelling. Ultra-organised, Kayla is an efficient time manager, and a warm communicator who can quickly establish rapport with all those she comes into contact with.

Kayla holds a Certificate IV in Property Services and is a passionate believer and advocate for life-long learning and ongoing professional development. Her work ethic and custom-service focus is in perfect symmetry with TOWN’s ethos, so the transition has been seamless.

When not working Kayla enjoys time at the beach, browsing around markets, and hiking. She keeps fit and active physically and mentally and has the very brightest of futures ahead.
